CANCELLATION POLICY
Us bees be busy! We understand that unexpected things happen, and we all forget things sometimes! We just don’t want you to get stung. Out of consideration for our stylists and other guests, and to allow us proper time to fill your spot, please give us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments that are 2 hours or less, and 48 hours for any visits 2 hrs or longer. When rescheduling appointments, please email us if you won't be able to make it and we are closed. We charge 50% of the expected services cost for all non-emergency no-shows or cancellations. This also applies if you are late enough that it compromises our ability to give you a proper service. All bookings require a credit/debit card be left on file, and these policies will apply to any appointment made. Thank you so much for your respect and understanding!CUT SERVICES

Consultations: Come into Honeybee and speak to us one on one without the commitment! Whether you have a vision, or have no idea what to do, we can help you out. Please call us to set up a consultation.
Cuts: Priced and customized based on the length of your hair, not your gender identity. We offer shampooing, customized shaping, styling, and, if you’d like, lively conversation. $35 - $90+ depending on the length of your hair when you arrive. If you have super long, very curly and/or really thick hair, please add on the “extra time” service along with your haircut appointment so your stylist has enough time scheduled for you. Additionally, please select the “extra time” service if you’re planning on a major hair transformation (like going from extra long to a pixie cut).
Dry Cut: Exactly what it sounds like - same awesome cut, done on dry hair. If you wear your hair wavy or curly, this is a great option because we cut your hair in its most natural, authentic state. If you’d like a wash and style, but the cut part done dry, please book a regular haircut service. *For existing clients only! If you are a new client and you think a dry cut sounds best for your hair, please call or email us before booking this service.*
Spiff-up: Don’t need a full cut or trim but want to slightly freshen your layers, neckline, etc.? Come in with clean dry hair, and we can swiftly freshen up your cut! This is a 15-30 minute service that is meant to extend the longevity of your existing style. *For existing clients only! Please call the salon to book this service. If you’re a new/current client needing a trim, please book a regular haircut so your stylist has enough time to perfect your look.*
Bang Trim: This service is for maintaining bangs. If you’re wanting to add bangs to your current hairstyle, please call the salon for booking.
COLOR SERVICES
If you can dream it, chances are we can do it if your hair will let us.
GLOBAL COLOR
Color Retouch: Sometimes a little root is okay, sometimes it’s soooo not. If you are a first-time client, err on the safe side and book an all over color so that we can give you the best color possible. This is for single-process color only, generally within 1-3 shades of your natural color.
All Over Color: One color but not one-dimensional. Color painted and customized to fit you and your hair. If you would like highlights as well, be sure to let us know! If you have color on your hair currently, are going far away from what you currently have, or have a super long mane, call the salon for booking. We want to ensure that we have enough time to give you a proper hair painting and price quote for your visit.
LIGHTENING AND CORRECTIVE SERVICES
Our staff is wicked smart with lightening. Creamcicle, platinum, icy, golden, peachy, sun-kissed, supernatural, or blindingly bright! If your hair is willing to do it, we can make it happen.
Full Highlight: Balayage, hair painting, foils, whatever you want to call it, we love it with the power of a thousand suns. If you want highlights all over, a substantial change, or a retouch on more than a few sun-kissed pieces, chances are this is what you want. This is what most of our highlight clients book. If you have previously colored hair or want a really huge change, talk to us before scheduling.
Partial Highlight: Typically a few face-framing pieces, or a very light touching up on existing highlights.
Bleach Retouch: This service is ideally done every 6-8 weeks (or when you have 1 cm of roots showing) after going blonde.
All Over Double Process / Blonde All Over: All over blondes are high maintenance, but damn if they aren’t just stunning? If it’s been longer than 8 weeks since you’ve been retouched (oops) let us know as your hair might require some extra attention.
Vivid/Fantasy/Rainbow Color: Seriously, if your hair can do it, we will make it happen. Multiple colors may incur extra costs. **If you are a new client, you’re required to come in for a color consultation prior to booking this service. If you’re super busy, feel free to email us a selfie and an inspo pic of your dream look. That way, your stylist can see what you have in mind and will guide you from there. You may be asked to sign a transparency form after your consultation. When we book your first vivid appointment, we will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to hold the appointment time, and is later applied towards your final service cost for the scheduled visit. Any cancellation or no-show with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Lateness of more than 30 minutes may require you to reschedule and may count as a no-show. This also may apply to more than one no-show for any service in the future.
Color Correction: By consultation only. Not sure what the heck is going on with your hair color? Do you know what you did but are too scared to admit it to yourself? Come in and our expert colorist will figure out a long- or short-term game plan to get you back on track so you can leave the house without a hat.
Treatments: Integrity is everything, including in your hair. If your hair needs a bit of extra care and love, hit us up and we we’ll whip up a magic potion with your hair in mind. We have treatments for thickening, moisture, repair, color retention, and scalp health.
