Liz Sofranko

After years of managing salons in San Francisco, Liz decided to return home to Iowa City to begin her career as a hairstylist in 2015. She’s mentored under JoAnn and has taken many continued education classes to continually improve her craft. Liz’s style is fun and low maintenance. She wants to assist clients by simplify their daily routine and giving them cuts that work with their natural texture. Liz does cuts and color (natural and vivid) in any style, but she specializes in clipper cuts, short cuts and loves kid’s cuts as well. Her strengths are her ability to make her guests feel comfortable and welcome. Her ideal client would be open-minded and kind. When she isn’t at the salon, she can be found being a true homebody with her husband, two kids, and pets.
