WE CHARGE 50% OF THE EXPECTED SERVICES COST FOR ALL NON-EMERGENCY NO-SHOWS OR CANCELLATIONS. AFTER THE FIRST OCCURENCE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FULL PRICE. THIS POLICY ALSO APPLIES IF YOU ARE LATE ENOUGH THAT IT COMPROMISES OUR ABILITY TO GIVE YOU A PROPER SERVICE. ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD BE LEFT ON FILE, AND THESE POLICIES WILL APPLY TO ANY APPOINTMENT MADE.
